Foster Swift Collins & Smith, PC, welcomes Michael Cassar, Hilary McDaniel, and Emily Wisniewski to the firm’s Lansing office. In addition, Toufic Saati has joined the firm’s Litigation practice group in Southfield. All four participated in the firm’s summer associate program and were sworn in on October 31.
McDaniel is a member of the firm’s Litigation practice group. She is a University of Michigan alumna who earned her J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law, where she was a King Scholar, participated in the Trial Practice Institute, served as articles editor on the International Law Review, and clerked in the State Operations Division of the Michigan Department of the Attorney General.
Wisniewski is a part of the firm’s Business and Corporate practice group. She holds a BBA and MBA from Grand Valley State University and earned her J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law.
Cassar is a member of Foster Swift’s Finance, Real Estate & Bankruptcy practice group. He earned his undergrad degree from the University of Michigan, and his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School.
In additional Foster Swift news, the firm was included in the 2018 U.S. News – Best Lawyers “Best Law Firms” list as a Tier 1 Law firm in 25 practice areas. The Lansing office was awarded 20 Tier 1 ranked practice areas, with three more Tier 1 rankings going to their Grand Rapids office and two for the Southfield office.
