Networking with New Lawyers Committee

The New Lawyers Committee (NLC) of the Oakland County Bar Association hosted an Octoberfest Networking Social Tuesday, Oct. 24, at the Royal Oak Farmers Market with complimentary beverages, food trucks, and live music on site. On hand for some fall fun were (left to right) Kari Melkonian, Tanya Cripps, Megan McGown Holms, Rodney Johnson, Zackery Hugg, Erica Kohler, Matthew Wood, NLC Chair Jonathan Martone, Sarah  Kuchon, Jake Cunningham, Oakland County 52-4 District Court Judge Maureen McGinnis, Dan Quick, and Victoria King. The event raised funds for Hope Against Trafficking, this year’s NLC charity. Hope Against Trafficking is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization answering the call for safe housing and restorative support for adult female survivors of sex and labor trafficking in Southeast Michigan.
