Foster Swift recently elected two new practice group leaders: Patricia J. Scott and Michael D. Homier.
Scott, a magna cum laude alumna of Cooley Law School, will lead the firm’s Finance, Real Estate & Bankruptcy practice group while Homier will lead the firm’s Administrative and Municipal practice group.
Scott practices out of the firm’s Lansing office and her practice areas include bankruptcy & restructuring, collections/creditor rights, commercial litigation and foreclosure.
Homier, a magna cum laude graduate of Michigan State University College of Law, practices out of the firm’s Grand Rapids office and focuses his practice in the areas of municipal law, public finance, zoning and land use as well as related litigation.
