Sarah L. Wixson, a corporate and real estate attorney with a background in civil litigation, has joined Varnum’s Litigation Practice Team. She will be based in the firm’s Ann Arbor office.
Wixson’s litigation work is primarily focused on business matters and commercial contract disputes. She has experience in a broad range of matters, including employment litigation, intellectual property and personal injury cases.
Wixson also serves as general counsel for business clients, works with physicians, and represents businesses and individuals in residential and commercial real estate matters.
Wixson graduated cum laude from Hope College, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Spanish and English, including studying abroad at the Universidad De Sevilla in Spain.
She is a graduate of Wayne State University Law School, where she was a Dean’s Scholar, Bronze Key Certificate Recipient, and Senior Note and Comment Editor for The Wayne Law Review.
After serving as a law clerk and associate attorney at a large litigation firm for several years, Wixson worked at a boutique litigation firm where she focused on complex business litigation and contract work. She joins Varnum from Wixson Law, PLLC.
