Throughout the week, participants will hear presentations from legal professionals and members of the judiciary. On Friday, July 20, the students will take part in a mock oral argument in the Michigan Supreme Court courtroom to decide whether the government needs a search warrant to access cell phone location data.

The “Exploring Careers in Law” program offers an opportunity for high school students to learn about the judicial system and develop important reasoning and presentation skills.
