Law school hosting open house for prospective students, Sept. 27

The Auburn Hills campus of Western Michigan University Cooley Law School will host an open house for students and guests interested in studying law on Thursday, Sept. 27, beginning at 5:30 p.m. The open house will include a discussion with staff and students, information about academic programs and scholarships, and campus tours.

“The open house is a terrific opportunity to learn what we are really all about—an excellent practical legal education—one that has graduates hitting the ground running with the knowledge, skills, and ethics in place for success.  Attendees will learn what it takes to earn a law degree,  along with the flexibility and support we afford to assure that a law degree is attainable, regardless of outside responsibilities and commitments,” said Joan Vestrand, associate dean at WMU-Cooley’s Auburn Hills campus.

The campus is located at 2630 Featherstone Rd. in Auburn Hills.  Additional information about this open house, including sign up information, is available at wmich.edu/law.
