A “Thanks for Giving” fund-raiser is being planned by The RESTORE Foundation on Thursday, Nov. 15, at The Iroquois Club, 43248 Woodward Ave. in Bloomfield Hills.
The event will run from 5:30 to 8 p.m. and tickets can be purchased online at therestorefoundation.org or at the door on the evening of the fund-raiser.
The RESTORE Foundation, which was created in 2008, provides funding support for the drug court programs in Oakland County, according to retired Oakland County Circuit Court Judge Edward Sosnick, who serves as president of the nonprofit organization that is affiliated with the Alliance of Coalitions for Healthy Communities.
Appetitzers will be served at the event and will be donated by Chemical Bank, Sosnick indicated.
