Foster Swift’s Lansing office was awarded 21 Tier 1 ranked practice areas, with four more Tier 1 rankings going to the Grand Rapids office and two for the Southfield office. The process includes the collection of client and lawyer evaluations, peer review and review of additional information provided by law firms regarding demographic and background information on the firm and its attorneys.
To be considered for inclusion on the list, a law firm must have at least one attorney who is recognized in the current edition of Best Lawyers in a “Best Law Firms” ranked practice area / metro area—Foster Swift had 45 lawyers listed in the 2019 edition of Best Lawyers.
