The Immigration Law Committee for the Federal Bar Association, Eastern District of Michigan Chapter, will present a Brown Bag Lunch Seminar on “The State of Immigration Law” on Tuesday, Jan. 29, from noon to 1 p.m. in the Detroit Room of the Levin U.S. Courthouse in Detroit.
The program will provide an in depth discussion of current immigration issues including the interplay and contradictions between Executive Orders and the INA, as well as a review of district court immigration cases.
