The Jackson Area Estate Planning Council met January 9 and discussed the Fiduciary Access to Digital Assets Act. Guest speaker Howard Collens (far right) of Galloway and Collens in Huntington Woods, who helped draft the legislation and worked to get it enacted two years ago, discussed how a fiduciary can access digital assets. Happy to welcome Collens to the council meeting were (left to right) attorney and JAEPC Director-At-Large Carmencita Fulgado-Taylor of Chalgian & Tripp, and JAEPC President Barry Malek, Trust Services, County National Bank.
