On Tuesday, September 10, Bodman PLC hosted the monthly meeting of the African-American Partners’ Collaborative at its Detroit office at Ford Field. The meeting featured a panel discussion on diversity in the legal profession and in legal education, and included the deans of all five of Michigan’s law schools and members of their senior staffs.
The African-American Partners’ Collaborative is an organization comprised of partners, principals, members, and other senior attorneys at large metropolitan Detroit law firms that seek to increase the number of African-American attorneys at firms, as well as improve opportunities for them to succeed professionally and participate in firm management.
