Taste of Diversity event planned for October 17 at Culinary Center

The Taste of Diversity strolling cocktail reception, a biennial event sponsored by the Oakland County Bar Association Membership Committee, will take place Thursday, Oct. 17, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the Great Lakes Culinary Center, 24101 W. Nine Mile Road in Southfield.

Colleagues of local affinity bars will gather to celebrate the diverse and multicultural legal profession in a festive atmosphere with great food and friends. The evening will feature gourmet hors d’oeuvres as well as the presentation of the Leon Hubbard Community Service Award and the Michael K. Lee Memorial Award.
