'Liens Evening Forum'

The Michigan Association for Justice (MAJ) conducted a “Liens Evening Forum” on Wednesday, Nov. 13, at the Westin in Southfield. The evening featured two parts: “The Law of Liens and the New No-fault Statute” and “Strategies for Success.” Speaking at the forum were (left to right) Pratheep Sevanthinathan of Seva Law Firm who spoke on “Litigation Strategies,” Michele Fuller of Michigan Law Center PLLC who spoke on “Settlement Planning Strategies,” Bob June of Law Offices of Robert June PC who spoke on “Law of ERISA Liens,” Judy Herman of Khurana Law Firm PC who spoke on “Strategies for Dealing with Subrogation Units,” Bryan Schefman of Schefman & Associates PC who spoke on “Law of Medicare Liens,” and Marc Lipton of Lipton Law Center who spoke on “Third Party Litigation Strategies.”
