'New Discovery Rules in Juvenile Cases' focus of OCBA seminar, Feb. 20

The Oakland County Bar Association will present “New Discovery Rules in Juvenile Cases” on Thursday, Feb. 20, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the OCBA offices, 1760 South Telegraph Road, Suite 100, in Bloomfield Hills.

The new amendments and additions to the civil discovery rules include changes to the discovery process in juvenile and child protection cases. This seminar will provide a guide to those changes as well as practical advice for navigating them.

Attendees can bring a lunch and hear from speaker Cecilia Quirindongo-Baunsoe of K and Q Law.

Credit has been approved with the OCBA for 1.50 Juvenile credits.

Cost for OCBA members is $12 pre-registration or $25 on site registration. Non-members pay $25 pre-registration or $40 on site registration. To register, visit www.ocba.org and click on “events.”
