The Oakland County Bar Association will present “Looking Ahead: Strategic Plans for Diversity and Inclusion for Your Work Environment” as an online Zoom program on Friday, July 24, from noon to 1:30 p.m.
Attendees can join the discussion and learn from an expert set of panelists who will address strategic plans for firms for diversity and inclusion, ways to measure success, learn from leadership and succession, and the methodology for accountability. Additionally, the current COVID-19 pandemic and potential implications for law firms' efforts will be addressed.
Program panelists will include Sangeeta Shah, CEO, Brooks Kushman; Kenneth James, director of inclusion, Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce; Michelle Crockett, hiring chair and diversity and professional development principal, Miller Canfield; and moderator Kristina Bilowus, Kizy Law.
