Program looks at 'COVID-19, Race Equity, & Political Speech in the Workplace'

The Labor Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan will present "Labor Law: Overcoming the Crossroads of COVID-19, Race Equity, & Political Speech in the Workplace" online via Zoom on Thursday, October 15, from 4 to 5:30 p.m. This virtual discussion will examine the unique challenges facing employers and employees alike in these unprecedented times. During two break-out sessions with both labor and employment attorneys, the program will address issues ranging from the ever-evolving compliance laws regarding COVID-19 to what constitutes protected activity in the midst of social justice protests.
