The Detroit Bar Association will offer the Civil Division Bench Bar Conference on Wednesday, December 2, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m., providing an update on jury trials from Judge Patricia Fresard of the Third Circuit Court in Wayne County.
Fresard will discuss “Resuming Jury Trials and Alternatives to Jury Trials,” as well as “Making the Most of Your Zoom Settlement Conference.” A Q&A section will follow. The program will be moderated by Leif K. Anderson.
The cost for DBA members is $10, while non-members will be charged $15. A Zoom link will be provided with registration confirmation.
