Lansing – Fraser Consulting, a full-service governmental and legislative affairs firm and a subsidiary of Fraser Trebilcock law firm, announced the hiring of Elvin L. Caldwell, Jr. as a legislative consultant.
Before joining Fraser Consulting, Caldwell worked in education and public relations gaining valuable experience and recognition, in 2017 he was nominated for the Lansing Champions Award.
While overseeing administrative duties, he was also responsible for creating impactful and mutually beneficial relationships for stakeholders through the various events, communications and interactive enrollment campaigns.
