Michigan attorneys to discuss 'Trusts from A to Z' during webinar, August 30
The National Business Institute will present the live video webinar "Trusts From A to Z" on Monday, August 30, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:10 p.m.

Speaking at the program will be Michigan attorneys Nicolas Camargo, Travis I. Dafoe, Anthony J. Frasca, Tyler J. Kemper, Chrysa M. Milholland, Molly P. Petitjean.
Camargo is a senior attorney with Foster, Swift, Collins, & Smith PC who focuses his practice on probate administration and estate planning, with a specialization in probate litigation, will contests and trust contests. He also represents various mid-sized businesses in business disputes, litigation, and day-to-day transactional matters. Camargo formerly served as a magistrate in the 52/2 District Court, as well as an Oakland County assistant prosecutor. He has tried numerous cases and has represented several state agencies, such as the Michigan Department of Human Services and the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality. He is admitted to the State Bar of Michigan and in all Michigan state courts. Camargo is also admitted to practice before the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. He is a member of various organizations, including the Oakland County Bar Association, and the State Bar of Michigan, including the Litigation and Estate Planning sections. Camargo earned his B.A. degree from Marquette University and his law degree from Michigan State University College of Law.
Dafoe is a sole practitioner with Dafoe Law PLLC, where he practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust administration, real estate law, business law and elder law. He is a member of the Saginaw County Bar, State of Michigan Bar and the Estate Planning Section. Dafoe is admitted to practice in the State of Michigan and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He earned his B.A. degree from Western Michigan University and his law degree from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School.
Frasca is a member in the Taxation Department in the law firm of Dykema Gossett PLLC. Frasca focuses his practice on sophisticated estate and business succession planning for high net-worth individuals and families, with an emphasis on tax-efficient planning and philanthropic giving, and on assisting tax-exempt organizations, including with respect to nonprofit formation, governance, and various tax-related issues. Frasca frequently assists individuals with the creation and implementation of complex estate plans for the purpose of achieving both tax and non-tax objectives. He also has experience advising nonprofit clients with issues related to maintenance of tax-exempt status, unrelated business taxable income, charitable gift annuities, charitable lead trusts, charitable remainder trusts, gift acceptance policies, and gift agreements. Frasca received his B.A. degree from the University of Dayton and his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School.
Kemper is an attorney with the law firm of Dykema Gossett PLLC. He practices in the areas of federal tax and estate planning & administration. Kemper has earned a B.B.A. degree with a concentration in business management from Siena Heights University, an M.B.A. degree with a dual concentration in marketing and organizational management and strategy from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) Pamplin College of Business, law degrees from Wayne State University Law School and Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the DuPage County Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
Milholland is an attorney in the Midland office of Chalgian & Tripp Law Offices PLLC. Milholland concentrates her practice in the areas of estate and tax planning, elder law, special needs planning, estate and trust administration, and guardianships and conservatorships. She is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Law and a member of the State Bar of Michigan. Milholland is a recipient of the Institute for Continuing Legal Education's (ICLE) probate and estate planning certification and a member of the Northeastern Michigan Estate Planning Council. In addition, she graduated from the American Bankers Association Trust School and is a certified trust and financial advisor.
Petitjean is an attorney with the law firm of Buhl, Little, Lynwood, & Harris PLC, where she practices in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, probate and trust litigation, advising small businesses, and business succession planning. Petitjean is licensed in both Michigan and Wisconsin, and is admitted to the federal district courts for both states. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan (member, Journal Committee of the Probate & Estate Planning Section and Young Lawyers Division), the State Bar of Wisconsin (member, Young Lawyers Division and Nonresident Lawyers Division) and the Ingham County Bar Association. Petitjean earned her B.A. degree from Marquette University and her law degree from Michigan State University College of Law.
