The American Bar Association will present a webinar on "Delighting Your Clients from Anywhere: How to Master Hybrid Work" on Friday, August 27, beginning at noon.
After over a year of working from home, 67% of law firm professionals want to say at least partially remote after the pandemic. This makes good sense firms now know that it's possible to be productive from home, and that teleworking offers benefits to attorneys, clients, and the firm alike.
As it becomes more and more safe to return to offices many firms will settle into a hybrid scenario where, at any given time, a portion of a firm's team (and clients) will be remote and some will be in the office.
To succeed in a hybrid work environment attorneys cannot stick to the "quarantine" style of work, nor can they fully revert back to pre-pandemic habits. Rather, they'll need to develop flexible ways to:
• Engage and collaborate with clients
• Engage and collaborate with coworkers
• Maximize productivity with both technology and thoughtful scheduling
• Keep privileged information safe from anywhere
This session is designed to help lawyers master this new landscape so they can continue to serve, delight, and retain clients seamlessly.
The webinar is free for ABA members and $130 for non-members. To register, visit www.americanbar.org and click on "events."
