The State Bar of Michigan’s next virtual support group for attorneys launches soon. These support groups are an opportunity to connect with other attorneys in a small group to focus on overall wellness.
Facilitated by a clinical case manager from the Lawyers and Judges Assistance Program, this support group is designed to help attorneys thrive personally and professionally. A past attendee called the virtual support groups a “meaningful experience, especially during these present times.”
This confidential program is offered exclusively to Michigan attorneys. The next eight-week session is 6 to 7 p.m. on Wednesdays, starting September 29.
This is an open group, so attorneys can attend for any or all of the meetings with no obligation for continued participation. The cost is $5 per session or $30 for the eight-week series if paid in advance. To register, email contactLJAP@michbar.org or call 800-996-5522.
