Webinar examines 'How to Lay a Foundation to Get Your Evidence Introduced'
The National Business Institute will present the live video webinar "How to Lay a Foundation to Get Your Evidence Introduced-Social Media, Texts, Business Records, Expert Witness Testimony and More" on Thursday, October 14, from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

- Learn how to authenticate social media posts, texts, emails and other electronic evidence.
- Find out how to establish a proper foundation for medical records, business records, and more.
- See how to get an expert's testimony in - and keep opposing counsel's out.
- Hear how to best introduce physical evidence at trial.
