Rochester Bar to discuss SBM's SOLACE program

The Rochester Bar Association will host its next meeting on Tuesday, October 26, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. at the Rochester Mills Beer Company, 400 Water Street in Rochester.
Guest speaker Aaron Burrell will discuss the State Bar of Michigan's new SOLACE program (www.michbar.org/solace) which helps deliver meaningful and compassionate support to members of Michigan's legal community and their immediate families in critical need because of a sudden, catastrophic illness, injury, or event. Without regard to income or assets, all Michigan judges, lawyers, court personnel, paralegals, legal assistants, legal administrators, law students, and their immediate families are eligible to request help through SOLACE. Burrell, of Dickinson Wright, is on the launch team for the SOLACE program and is very involved in State Bar matters.
There will be a charge of $25 for the RBA lunch which includes meal, soft drink/coffee/tea, tip and guest meal.
To register for the lunch, email Deborah Fordree of Fordree Law Firm PC at Debbie@fordreelaw.com.
