The Prosecuting Attorneys Association of Michigan's Violence Against Women Project will present an interactive Zoom training on "Working with Reluctant and Recanting Domestic Violence Victims." This prosecutors-only training will take place Wednesday, November 10, from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m.
Discussions will cover the following issues: recognizing potential issues regarding reluctant DV victims, discovery issues, due process issues, and dealing with reluctant/recanting victims in court.
