Maddin Hauser will present a “COVID-19 Webinar: What You Need to Know About Vaccine Mandates” online Thursday, December 16, from 8 to 9:30 a.m.
In regard to COVID-19 vaccine mandates, many businesses have questions about who is covered and what is required under the Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) issued on November 5, 2021 by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and currently stayed pending a decision by the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Although OSHA is not currently enforcing the regulation due to the stay, businesses are encouraged to be prepared with a policy in the event the stay is lifted.
To help businesses understand their obligations, the webinar will look at
• Who and What is Required to Comply with Federal Vaccine Mandates.
• How to Communicate Your Vaccine Policy to Employees.
• The Legal Obligations, Challenges, and Solutions Related to Vaccine Mandates.
Presenting at the webinar will be Maddin Hauser’s Ronald A. Sollish, Kaitlin A. Brown, Stephanie C. Mellin, and Mariel G. White.
