Judges and staff of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan gathered at the Theodore Levin U.S. Courthouse in Detroit on Wednesday, December 15, to dedicate a photo display of all 28 federal magistrate judges who served in the district. Among the judges at the dedication of the photo display were (above, left to right) R. Steven Whalen, recently retired executive magistrate judge; U.S. District Judge Laurie Michelson, a former magistrate judge; Elizabeth Stafford, current magistrate judge; David Grand, current executive magistrate judge; Kimberly Altman, current magistrate judge; Anthony Patti, current magistrate judge; and Jonathan Grey, current magistrate judge. Missing from the photo are Magistrate Judges Patricia Morris and Curtis Ivy Jr.
