Section to discuss 'Municipal Legal Authority in Michigan' February 11

The Government Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan will conduct its 2022 Winter Educational Seminar titled "Local Government Whack-a-mole: The Pounding, Preempting, and Constricting of Municipal Legal Authority in Michigan?" on Friday, February 11, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Both in-person and virtual attendance options are available. The seminar will take place in-person at Summit on the Park Banquet Center, 46000 Summit Parkway in Canton.
