Firm offers 'Updates From Washington' in webinar

McDonald Hopkins will present a webinar that features "Updates From Washington: What You Need to Know Now" on Thursday, March 10, noon to 1p.m.
The webinar offers an overview of the latest developments related to Environmental Justice, EPA Regulations, the Infrastructure Act, and how they could affect a business and its profits.
In this webinar, the panelists will provide insight on:
- EPA Regulations: EPA signals industry to track chemical compounds in imported components. Are compliance certifications around the corner?
- Environmental Justice: EPA's EJ Action Plan and what industry needs to know.
- Infrastructure Act: How industry might benefit from the new funding made available.
Moderated by Stephen Gross, chair of McDonald Hopkins' Automotive Group, the program will feature professionals from Van Ness Feldman, Dana Stotsky (EPA Regulations/TSCA Update), Tiffany Ganthier (Environmental Justice) and Sean Taylor (Infrastructure Act).
Goss was the original managing partner of the McDonald Hopkins' Detroit office. He also serves on the firm's Board of Directors. For more than 35 years, he has been extensively involved in business restructuring matters, corporate acquisitions and divestitures, especially in the automotive industry, other manufacturing businesses and large regional franchisees. He earned his law degree from Wayne State University Law School in 1983 and his B.A. from the University of Michigan in 1980.
