The Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan will continue its Homeward Bound series with a webinar on “Affordable Housing” on Thursday, March 24, from 3 to 5 p.m.
A virtual panel discussion will examine current Michigan affordable housing legal issues. The attorney panel will discuss Michigan affordable housing laws, related landlord-tenant issues, state and federal affordable housing incentives and the potential for new legislation and policy changes. This presentation will help Michigan real property law practitioners stay informed on the current state of Michigan law.
