The Environmental Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan and the Michigan Manufacturers Association will present "Clearing the Air in 2022" as an online program Thursday, April 14, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Manufacturers must comply with an ever-changing number of air regulations all while trying to compete with companies in other states and in low-cost locations around the world. This virtual event partners MMA and the SBM Environmental Law Section and features leading professionals from government, industry, advocacy groups, and the legal profession.

• Nick Leonard, executive director, Great Lakes Environmental Law Center
• Mary Ann Dolehanty, director, Air Quality Division, Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy
• David Uhlmann, director, Environmental Law and Policy Program, University of Michigan Law School, nominated for Environmental Protection Agency Enforcement and Compliance assistant administrator.
