'First Amendment Issues in Criminal Trials' examined

The State Appellate Defender Office will present a webinar on "Litigating First Amendment Issues in Criminal Trials and Appeals" Wednesday, June 29, from 3 to 4 p.m. via Zoom.

In the nation's system, few rights enjoy as much of a privilege as freedom of expression. This session will explore the First Amendment in a criminal trial or appeal when freedom of expression is at issue. Presenting the program will be Matt Monahan, SADO assistant defender.
