Western Michigan University Cooley Law School will present the virtual event "Neurodiversity: The World is Better for Our Differences" on Thursday, July 7, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. via Webex.
Speaking at the virtual event will be Haley Moss, attorney, author, advocate, thought leader, and consultant specializing in disability inclusion, autism, and neurodiversity in the workplace. She is the author of "Great Minds Think Differently: Neurodiversity for Lawyers and Other Professionals" published by the American Bar Association.
Moss graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology & Law as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2015. She earned her law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 2018. When Moss was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2019, she made international headlines as Florida's first documented openly autistic attorney.
