OCBA golf outing slated for Wabeek Country Club August 1

The Oakland County Bar Association will present its annual Bar for the Course Golf Tournament on Monday, August 1, beginning at noon at Wabeek Country Club, 4000 Clubgate Dr. in Bloomfield Hills.

“Join friends, colleagues, and acquaintances for a fun day out on the beautiful greens at Wabeek Country Club,” said a spokesperson for the OCBA. “Register as a solo, with a friend, or with a full foursome to compete in our course challenges and tournament.”

Wabeek features a course designed by renowned architects Pete Dye and Jack Nicklaus, and will remind golfers of many of some of the finest layouts in northern Michigan.

The cost per player is $185 for OCBA members and $195 for non-members, while a foursome is $710 for OCBA members and $750 for non-members. The early-bird registration runs through July 9. After July 9, the cost increases to $200 for members and $210 for non-members, while the price for a foursome will be $765 for members and $805 for non-members.
