Attorney to discuss 'Claims of Harassment and Failure to Accommodate Disabilities'

Maddin Hauser continues its 2022-2023 Breakfast Bites: Employment Law Series with "How to Avoid, Mitigate Risk, and Defend Against Claims of Harassment and Failure to Accommodate Disabilities" online Wednesday, January 25, from 8 to 9:30 a.m.

Speaking at the online program will be Mark V. Breaugh, an associate in the firm's Complex Litigation and Risk Advisory group. His practice comprises a range of general business and civil litigation matters. Breaugh has experience handling construction litigation, and business issues concerning corporate governance.

Before joining Maddin Hauser, Breaugh was an attorney with a boutique firm handling a range of litigation matters in state and federal court for individuals and corporate clients alike. He graduated from Wayne State University Law School. As a student attorney for Wayne Law's Business and Community Law Clinic, Breaugh advised small business owners and start-ups on an array of corporate issues. During law school, he also clerked with a law firm specializing in health law and in the criminal division of the Michigan Department of the Attorney General. Prior to law school, Breaugh earned his Bachelor of Arts from Albion College. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan.
