Oakland County executive to give State of the County address March 14

Oakland County Executive Dave Coulter will deliver his annual State of the County address to an in-person audience at the Berman Center for the Performing Arts in West Bloomfield the evening of Tuesday, March 14, beginning at 7 p.m.

His speech will emphasize the values of the county—community, respect, inclusion and gratitude—which is why Coulter selected the Berman Center on the campus of the Jewish Community Center to host this year’s speech. Among the county executive’s announcements will be a program targeting younger residents who are in all ways, moving forward, and a mental health urgent care.

WDET-FM (101.9) will broadcast the speech live for listeners around the region. The county will also livestream the speech at www.oakgov.com/SOTC, YouTube (@oakgov.com), and the Executive Office Facebook page (@OakGov.EO).The county’s Twitter handle (@oakgov) will feature live highlights of the speech.
