“Lawyer Trust Accounts Seminar: Management Principles & Recordkeeping Resources” will be presented Friday, March 21, beginning at 9 a.m. This half-day webinar is open to lawyers, their staff, legal professionals, law students, and unlicensed graduates. The cost to attend is $25.
Topics of discussion will include:
• Practical information regarding MRPC 1.15 and 1.15A
• In-depth analysis of the ethical principles involved in processing client or third-party funds
• Recordkeeping requirements
• Best practices to ensure compliance with ethical rules and regulations
