The Michigan Association for Justice (MAJ) will host its 78th Annual Banquet, titled “Night at the Casino,” on Saturday, May 6, from 5:30 to 11 p.m. at MGM Grand Detroit, 1777 3rd Ave. in Detroit.
During the banquet, the MAJ will honor:
• Incoming MAJ Jennifer L. McManus
• Outgoing MAJ President Stuart A. Sklar
• Mark R. Granzotto — 2023 Champion of Justice Award
• MAJ Past President Judith A. Susskind — 2023 MAJ Women’s Caucus Award of Excellence
• U.S. District Court Judge Jane M. Beckering, Western District of Michigan — 2023 Judicial Excellence Award
Ticket purchase includes a cocktail reception, dinner, and afterglow hosted by MAJ’s New Lawyers Division, featuring live music by SpaceCat.
