Attorneys to discuss 'Dealing with Difficult People'

The Oakland County Bar Association’s Lawyer Well-Being Committee will present “Preparing for Battle: Strategies and Techniques for Dealing with Difficult People and Situations” on Tuesday, May 16, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the OCBA offices, 1760 S. Telegraph Rd. in Bloomfield Hills.

This interactive seminar will examine how the brain and body react to stimuli. The speakers will share tips and techniques that can be used to respond to difficult people or situations when someone is triggered.  Speaking at the program will be Sarah Kuchon of Hohauser Kuchon, David Harrell of Leadership Consulting Services, and Nicholas Nahat of Butzel Long.

Cost for the program is $25 for OCBA members; $15 for OCBA Lawyer Well-Being Committee members; $15 for OCBA new lawyers, paralegals, students, administrative assistants; and $35 for non-members.
