Maddin Hauser continues its 2022-2023 Breakfast Bites: Employment Law Series with "Business Insurance Coverage: Being Smart with Your Risk Management Decisions" online Wednesday, May 24, from 8 to 9:30 a.m.
Speaking at the online program will be Richard M. Mitchell, shareholder. He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation such as professional liability defense, and employment matters including actions with administrative agencies, product liability, contract disputes, and catastrophic claims. He has had articles published and spoken to industry professional groups.
Mitchell earned his law degree from Indiana University Law School in 1991. He also studied law at the University of London. Rick earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan in 1988.
Mitchell is a member and past president of the Greater Detroit Chapter of the Society of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (CPCU). He also serves as a case evaluator in matters pending before the Oakland County Circuit Court.
