On Monday, May 15, a Macomb County jury convicted Mark Boodry, a 59 year old man from Roseville, of three counts in a criminal sexual conduct case after a four-day jury trial conducted by Macomb County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Alexandra Fedorak.
The Macomb County jury convicted Boodry of two counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the First Degree (Victim under Thirteen, Defendant over Seventeen) (felony punishable by up to life imprisonment) and one count of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the Second Degree (Victim under Thirteen, Defendant over Seventeen) (15-year felony).
Boodry will be sentenced on Wednesday, July 19, at 8:30 a.m. in front of Macomb County Circuit Court Judge Joseph Toia.
