The Wayne County Clerk's Office Vital Statistics Records Division is moving to a new location at 400 Monroe St., 6th Floor, in Detroit, and opens to the public by appointment on July 31.
The new consolidated location will serve as a One-Stop Shop for marriage licenses, birth and death certificates, assumed names, notary oath, and CPL (Concealed Pistol License) services.
