Attorneys featured at MEMA's 2023 OEM Terms and Conditions Update

The publication compares the terms and conditions of BMW, Ford Motor Company, General Motors, Honda, Hyundai, Kia, Lucid, Mazda, Mercedes, Nissan, Rivian, Scout, Stellantis, Toyota, Volkswagen, and Volvo. The new edition addresses updates for BMW, Honda, Mercedes, and Nissan. In addition, for the first time, it includes the Mazda terms (Mazda Motors of America Inc.
