The publication compares the terms and conditions of BMW, Ford Motor Company, General Motors, Honda, Hyundai, Kia, Lucid, Mazda, Mercedes, Nissan, Rivian, Scout, Stellantis, Toyota, Volkswagen, and Volvo. The new edition addresses updates for BMW, Honda, Mercedes, and Nissan. In addition, for the first time, it includes the Mazda terms (Mazda Motors of America Inc. Master Sales and Purchase Agreement, 08/11/20) and the Scout Motor terms (Scout Motors Inc. Production Terms and Conditions of Purchase, January 27, 2023).
