Miller Canfield will present a webinar on “Using Artificial Intelligence in the Workplace: Recent Legal Developments, Pitfalls, Guidance and Practical Solutions” Tuesday, September 19, from noon to 1:30 p.m. via Zoom.
In this webinar, attendees will obtain a concrete understanding of the types of generative AI tools used in the workplace, what tasks they accomplish, the problems those tools can cause if not used and monitored correctly, the EEOC’s latest guidance on AI usage in the workplace, and practical guidance on how to avoid liability when using generative AI.
Miller Canfield employment and labor attorneys Erica Jilek and Richard Warren will speak at the webinar. Jilek focuses her practice on management-side counseling and litigation and has represented a variety of individual, commercial and governmental clients at both the trial and appellate levels. Warren advises companies to help avoid employment litigation and defends them from all types of wrongful discharge lawsuits, including discrimination, retaliation and harassment claims filed by employees.
