The State Bar of Michigan’s LGBTQ+ Law Section and Labor & Employment Law Section will present “ELCRA 2023 - Updates & Challenges” online Friday, November 17, from noon to 1:30 p.m. via Zoom.
This multi-section lunch and learn will discuss the changes to LGBTQ+ and civil rights under ELCRA and religious exemption claims after 303 Creative LLC v Elenis.
