As part of its Litigation Institute webinar series, Dykema will present “Navigating Four Challenges for Corporate Compliance” online Thursday, November 16, beginning at 1 p.m.
Dykema’s Government Investigations and Corporate Compliance team will discuss the new DOJ policies on (1) reporting misconduct during the M&A process and (2) document claw back, (3) the evolving case law eroding the attorney-client privilege, and (4) the pending Supreme Court cases on False Claims Act liability. Having held important leadership positions with DOJ and U.S. Attorneys’ Offices in EDMI, SDNY, and DNJ, Dykema’s panel will examine the government perspective and provide helpful information as to how companies can best position themselves to manage the enforcement surge.
Speaking at the webinar will be Dykema’s Jennifer Beidel, member, Bloomfield Hills; Mark Chutkow, member, Bloomfield Hills; Chantel Febus, member, Washington, D.C.; Jonathan Feld, member, Chicago.
