Bankruptcy focus of next 'Due Process' episode
This Friday, Feb. 12, "Due Process" will take an in depth look at an issue that, unfortunately, many companies and individuals in the region are facing - bankruptcy. With the looming economic downturn, bankruptcy issues are affecting everyone.
Host Henry Baskin and his guests, attorneys Stuart Gold from Gold Lange & Majoros PC and Michael D. Lieberman from Lieberman, Gies, & Cohen PLLC, will discuss the challenges and opportunities when faced with this growing problem.
