Incorporated Society of Irish-American Lawyers to host 14th Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade Brunch

Clad in their Irish finery with matching shamrock ties and socks, the Incorporated Society of Irish-American Lawyers, sponsored by Diageo-Guinness USA, will host their 14th annual St. Patrick's Day Brunch complete with Irish musical entertainment, Irish folklore, and snappy commentary from co-hosts, Michigan Supreme Court Justice Maura Corrigan and State Senator Bruce Patterson. This year will also feature renowned comedian Megan Grano. There will be great food, entertainment, camaraderie, and plenty of jokes and musings from federal, state, and local political leaders, federal and state judges, Detroit area Irish-American lawyers, as well as other dignitaries and guests.
The event is open to both members and non-members, and will be held Sunday, March 14, (Parade Day) at Mario's Restaurant in Detroit, located at 4222 Second Ave. (in the mid-town area) in Detroit, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m--program to start at 11:15 a.m. The event will end just before the start of the St. Patrick's Day parade down Michigan Ave. in Corktown. There will be a shuttle service provided to the parade from Mario's and back for those attending.
Tickets for the brunch are: $30 for adults; $28 for law student members; and $10 for children under 12. Tickets can be purchased at the door but will be $35 for adults.
