Miller Canfield Ann Arbor associate attorney Kimberly Scott was recently elected as the attorney for the board of directors of the Ann Arbor Art Center, an organization dedicated to engaging the community in education, exhibition and exploration of the visual arts.
At Miller Canfield, Scott specializes in antitrust law, sports, media and entertainment law, and commercial contract and tort litigation.
She received her law degree from Wayne State University Law School and her bachelor of arts degree from the University of Michigan.
She resides in Ann Arbor.
Founded in 1909, the Ann Arbor Art Center is the only organization in Ann Arbor that offers hands-on art education, art appreciation programs, and exhibitions all in one facility, according to Miller Canfield.
It is committed to breaking through economic, social and physical barriers by offering outreach programs to provide easy access to the arts for everyone, tuition grants and programs for all levels of art skill and interests in locations throughout the region, the firm said.
