Clinton County FOC announces conciliation opt out procedure

If either party is represented by an attorney of record, the attorney for either party may request to opt out of conciliation. Upon the filing of an opt out request, the matter will be scheduled by the Friend of the Court for attorney conciliation.
The attorney requesting the opt out must complete the required form, available through the FOC office, within 7 days of the notice for the conciliation conference. The form is filed with the Friend of the Court. Upon receipt, the Friend of the Court will schedule an attorney conciliation date.
