Mariah Fink joins family legal fold as Judge Conlin administers oath

Another attorney has joined the Fink legal fold with the swearing in of Mariah Fink, daughter of former Judge Karl Fink and wife Jane.
Judge Richard Conlin conducted the ceremony on Monday this week in his Chelsea courtroom.
Judge Fink noted that he is "proud of Mariah and her accomplishment in becoming an attorney and I am pleased that she will be practicing in Dexter, her hometown, with other family members.
"She will be an outstanding attorney, providing excellent representation to her clients.
"Mariah is continuing a family legal tradition in Washtenaw County started by her grandfather, Robert Fink in 1941. We have all enjoyed and benefited from working with Mariah while she was a law student and now look forward to working with her as an attorney," he said.
Mariah's little sister, Naomi, has a year left at Thomas Cooley Law School in Lansing, from which Mariah graduated. She noted they often got second looks when they walked the campus together during Mariah's final year on the campus.
